Cancellation Policy

Cancellation of booking can be made prior to the time of journey, there will be no cancellation charges if cancellation is made within the stipulated time by the company for all services.

Please note that charge may be levied for cancellation of the trip If a guest is a no-show or cancels the trip within 4 hours of the reporting time, then the amount submitted to us as an advance will not be refunded We recommend that you read the cancellation carefully prior to making your reservation.

Though breakdown expectancy is rare during the trip as our team is prepared and hard trained and put a lot of effort to maintain cars still unannounced situation can be a possibility. In such case, the company will arrange for an alternative within one hour if still unable to make the arrangement or the passenger decide not to wait then the passenger is not liable for cancellation of the booking and is eligible to get a refund under some terms and conditions.

The Company reserves the right to rescind the booking with or without notice and without further obligation to you. If we cancel your trip reservation for exceptional circumstances, these could be a local strike, bandh, curfews, natural calamities, or even an unsupported pickup location, we will provide you with a refund to your account. This means that we will refund you any amounts that you have paid us in advance.
